CONTEXT
The client approached us with the objective of redesigning their existing loyalty app to align with their new global design system. Additionally, they sought to incorporate specific requirements tailored to the Australian market which required a dedicated locally team to manage this initiative.
OUTCOMES
An alpha release of an app designed for customers to fuel their vehicles, order food and beverages, and earn rewards for their loyalty.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES

Redesigning of the currents app screens to reflect the new global design system

Creating user flows of the new screens

Implementing business requirements from the PO and design updates from the global design team

Collaborating with global teams to integrate finding from their own countries apps into Australia’s app

Facilitating the handover process to via Zeplin to developers
